Community legal centres
The fees payable to community legal centres are limited to payment of counsel’s fees. Fees are not payable for the solicitor’s professional fees, conduct money or outlays such as the cost of phone calls, facsimiles and photocopying.
Disbursements such as travel, accommodation and medical reports will only be approved in conjunction with the substantive grant of aid for counsel. Fees are not payable for the cost of outlays such as medical reports alone.
