Payment Rules

Fees will not be paid for completing application forms, requesting extensions of aid unless accompanied by a progress report, requesting reconsiderations of refusals of aid or answering requisitions on applications for aid, grants of aid or accounts. Otherwise, the Legal Aid Queensland will pay for necessary correspondence with the Office during the currency of the grant of aid.
