Disputed accounts

If a component of a submitted invoice has been disallowed the practitioner has right to seek a review of this decision.

The assessing officer will consider the additional information that has been provided with the review request and reconsider their original decision. If the assessing officer considers that the claim is not in accordance with payment rules they will prepare a submission for consideration by a senior grants officer.
