Additional preparation where an accredited interpreter is engaged
In criminal law matters where an accredited interpreter is required, a CINT grant of aid is available to compensate for the additional time spent preparing the matter. This fixed fee is claimable at each stage of the matter where an accredited interpreter is instructed and assists the practitioner with the client interviews.
