Attendance to view the scene / site visit
Payment rules
There is no separate grant of aid for attendance on a site visit to the alleged incident location. Attendance is claimable as an additional conference fee.
Travel costs may also be claimed provided the distance from the practitioner’s office to the site is in excess of 35km round trip.
Audit requirements
File notes detailing the date of attendance and the identity of the person undertaking the work must be retained on file for audit purposes.
