Payment rules

Solicitor appearances at the Case Review Hearing and the Mediated Case Conference(s) is claimable under the District Court Sexual Violence Case Management Pilot (SVDC) grant of aid. 

Solicitor appearance at the Trial Readiness Hearing is claimable as a mention under the substantive District Court grant of aid. 

Audit requirements

File notes must be retained on the practitioner's file for all personal attendances which must be dated and include the names of persons present. 

Copies of the completed Case Review Hearing form and Trial Readiness form must be retained on the practitoner's file.
