Youth justice conferencing

The fee for Youth Justice Conferencing is limited to 5 hours (CCP grant). The fee includes 1 hour for an interview with the child and up to 4 hours for the conference, assisting with drafting of agreement and any follow up work required. This is a maximum fee grant of aid and, therefore, practitioners are only entitled to claim for the number of hours spent.
