Expression of Interest - Domestic and Family Violence Duty Lawyer Service Agreement 2024 – 2027
Legal Aid Queensland is pleased to invite expressions of interest from preferred supplier law firms and community legal centres to join the Domestic and Family Violence Duty Lawyer (DFVDL) Service Agreement from 1 July 2024 until 30 June 2027.

Should you wish to apply for the service your application must contain the following information:
- Completed application cover sheet, including court location and details of availability
- Details of legal practitioner/s who would provide the service and details of their experience and competence in family and domestic violence matters.
- For practitioners seeking accreditation, a completed DFVDL accreditation application.
If your office does not have an accredited DFVDL, please submit a completed accreditation application with your application. Please refer to the documents listed below for accreditation:
