Join Legal Aid Queensland's Director - Disaster Relief, Paul Holmes, and lawyer Julie Maron from our Civil Justice Services team to learn about some of the common legal issues people are experiencing after a disaster such as insurance claim refusals, delays, spiralling debt and problems with temporary accommodation.

This session will cover case studies to explore the legal rights of consumers across a wide range of legal issues in a disaster context and outline how Legal Aid Queensland can help.
