Solicitor clause wording

Represent client in the District Court to examine depositions, take statements, confer with counsel, and negotiate with the Director of Prosecutions. If the client instructs to enter a plea of guilty, the fees for a plea of guilty will be paid. Fees payable on this grant are in accordance with the attached proforma invoices. For trial please seek an extension of aid and confirm that written instructions have been obtained. If reports are required a separate grant of aid must be requested. Please forward the enclosed proforma invoice to the barrister with the brief. (ACG)
