Solicitor clause wording
Your client lives interstate. Aid has been granted to allow you to engage an agent close to where the client lives, if required.
It is up to you to determine whether an interstate agent should be engaged. You are not able to claim this grant of aid if an interstate agent is not engaged.
If you engage an interstate agent, the maximum professional cost figure in the grant of aid is increased by 2 hours. Fees can be split by agreement between your firm and agent. Claims can be made up to the maximum fees in accordance with the attached proforma account. Costs are capped. Chief Executive Officer has discretion to exceed cap. (AGN)
