Represent your client in the Supreme Court on a pre-trial hearing or pre-recording. Solicitor instructing counsel (Day 1). Fees payable on this grant are in accordance with the attached proforma invoice. Please forward the enclosed proforma invoice to the barrister with the brief. (BPTS)

Explanatory Notes

For all circuit court matters the delegation to approve this grant of aid sits with the Senior Chambers Officer within Legal Aid Queensland’s in-house Counsel’s Chambers.

Barrister fee structure 1 is payable for attendances of up to 3 hours at the pre-trial hearing.

Barrister fee structure 2 is payable for attendances at the pre-trial hearing that exceed 3 hours.
