The costs of providing this grant of aid to your client will be reimbursed to us by the Official Trustee in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. This is a maximum fee grant of aid (including agents fees) as follows:- Solicitor: $1500.00 (10 hours @ $150 per hour) Counsel: $1589.00 Outlays: $100.00 Fees includes all preparation and court time (Day 1).
