Aid is conditional upon you providing regular updates in relation to your client's financial circumstances, specifically advising if your client has been declared bankrupt. This is a maximum fee grant of aid (including agents fees) as follows:- Solicitor: $1500.00 (10 hours @ $150.00 per hour) Counsel: $1615.00 Outlays: $100.00 Fee includes all preparation, counsel opinion on merit and court time (Day 1).
