Represent client in Supreme Court Trial. (Day 1). LAQ deem all trials in the Supreme Court extraordinary. There is no requirement to request an extension of aid as this grant includes preparation at the extraordinary rate. As conferences are included in this fee, no additional conferences are claimable on the substantive grant of aid. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $100.00.
