Solicitor clause wording
Legal aid has been granted for additional court mandated reviews / mentions pursuant to the Dangerous Prisoners (Sexual Offenders) Act 2003. This is a maximum fee grant of aid (including agents' fees). Claims can be made up to the maximum fees in accordance with the attached proforma invoices.
