Solicitor clause wording
We tried to arrange a family dispute resolution conference between your client and the other party/parties about their family law matter. Unfortunately, we have not been able to arrange for all the other parties to attend and as a result we cannot hold the conference.
We have sent your client a family dispute resolution certificate to show they attempted to attend a conference. A copy of the certificate has also been placed on your Grants Online electronic file, which you can print if you require a hard copy. Your client may need the certificate to begin court proceedings.
