Solicitor clause wording
We have considered your client's family law matter, but unfortunately, we do not think it is appropriate for family dispute resolution at this time.
We have sent your client a family dispute resolution certificate to show they attempted to attend a conference. A copy of the certificate has also been placed on your Grants Online electronic file, which you can print if you require a hard copy. Your client may need the certificate to begin court proceedings.
