Solicitor clause wording
Your client recently attended a family dispute resolution conference to try to resolve their family law problem. Unfortunately, the conference was terminated after it started because the family dispute resolution practitioner did not think the matter was appropriate for family dispute resolution at this time.
We have sent your client a family dispute resolution certificate to show that they have tried to resolve the dispute through family dispute resolution. A copy of the certificate has also been placed on your Grants Online electronic file, which you can print if you require a hard copy. Your client may need the certificate to begin court proceedings.
