Solicitor clause wording
The DPP have indicated to our office that this matter has been included in the Early Resolution Pilot. As part of this pilot this matter may have been randomly selected to have a grant of aid allocated to obtain counsel’s advice and for counsel to negotiate with prosecutions. If your matter has been selected for a counsel grant a separate grant of aid will issue for counsel (if it has not already issued).
