Legal aid has been granted for an additional $$ hours preparation an appeal for solicitor. This grant of aid is in addition to the appeal preparation grant already provided and covers all additional work required to prepare for the appeal. This is a maximum fee grant of aid. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
