This matter has been allocated to your firm as you are on the appropriate Preferred Supplier list. You are requested to represent the applicant. If the applicant fails to contact you within twenty-one (21) days, please advise so the commitment may be cancelled. Acceptance of this referral is on the basis you accept the undertakings as set out on the solicitor's certificate on the application for legal aid form.
