Solicitor clause wording

Legal aid has been granted for the Independent Children’s Lawyers attendance at a further subsequently listed interim hearing where interim orders have been made previously. Grants of legal assistance in family law matters are provided in stages. This stage includes: - Communicating with the child/children (if required) - Communication and negotiation with the parties - Preparing: - Terms of orders sought - A Case Outline document - For court attendance - Peruse material filed by the parties - Filing documents - Attendance at court This is a maximum fee grant of aid. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
