ICL additional standard preparation for an appeal (solicitor)

Legal aid has been granted for an additional $$ hours preparation for an appeal for a solicitor. This grant of aid is in addition to the appeal preparation grant already provided and covers all additional work required to prepare for the appeal. This is a maximum fee grant of aid. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
