Legal aid has been granted for an additional $$ hours preparation for an appeal for counsel. This grant of aid is in addition to the appeal preparation grant already provided and covers all additional work required to prepare for the appeal.

Counsel is entitled to the full amount of the preparation for appeal if the brief was delivered to and accepted by counsel and preparation for appeal was conducted.
