Legal aid has been granted for counsel to appear at an interim hearing in the Family Law Courts. Grants of legal assistance in family law matters are provided in stages. This stage includes preparing and attending court for the interim hearing. The fees payable for counsel’s preparation and appearance at the interim hearing is a fixed fee.
