Legal aid has been granted for an additional $$ hours preparation for a trial listed for 7 or more days for a solicitor. This grant of aid is in addition to the trial preparation grant already provided and covers all additional work required to prepare for the trial. This is a maximum fee grant of aid. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
