Prepare for, appear and represent client before the Mental Health Court (Solicitor instructing Counsel). Please contact the Mental Health Section of Legal Aid Queensland regarding the briefing of Counsel and any other relevant matters. This is a maximum fee grant of aid (including agents fees). Claims can be made up to the maximum fees in accordance with the attached proforma account. Reasonable outlays will be paid. Receipts should be retained on file. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $100.00.

This grant of aid should not be issued to a preferred supplier without first being referred for advice to the mental health section of LAQ.
