Solicitor clause wording
Represent client in the Magistrates/Childrens Court for an indictable offence to be committed to a higher court - Solicitor only. This grant provides for all work prior to and including the disposition of this committal by way of Registry or Hand-up Committal, including conferencing and negotiations with prosecution up to and including agreement to cross-examine a witness, further disclosure, and subsequent appearance for enforcement of disclosure direction, where appropriate. Negotiation fee may only be claimed where substantial negotiations have occurred and can be substantiated. The maximum costs payable on this grant are limited (including agents fees) in accordance with the attached proforma invoice. Fees payable are for work done up to the maximum costs figure. Reasonable outlays will be paid. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $25.00.
