Extension of cost for appearance in the Magistrates/Childrens Court for Day 1 of committal hearing with cross-examination - counsel. Maximum costs are limited and the limit is dependent on disposition of matter. The maximum costs payable on this grant are limited (including agents fees) in accordance with the attached proforma invoice. Fees payable are for work done up to the maximum costs figure. Reasonable outlays will be paid.

Explanatory Notes

Fee structure 1 is payable when attendance at court was for up to 3 hours.
 
Fee structure 2 is payable when attendance at court exceeded 3 hours.
