We are attempting to organise a property conference between you and the other party. Aid for representation will be approved if the other party involved agrees to participate. If the other party indicates that they will not participate in the conference, you can apply to have your application for Legal Aid reassessed by emailing grants@legalaid.qld.gov.au. Funding is to be provided under the Commonwealth Lawyer-assisted Family Law Property Mediation Trial. There is limited funding available for court proceedings.
