Solicitor clause wording
Your client is required to pay an initial contribution in the amount of $ <!initial_contribution!> towards specified outlays funded by the scheme. Payment should be made direct to you as the contribution amount will be deducted from tax invoices submitted for payment. There is no GST payable on the initial contribution.
Client clause wording
You are required to pay an initial contribution in the amount of $ <!initial_contribution!> towards specified outlays funded by the scheme. Payment should be made to your lawyer as soon as possible. There is no GST payable on the initial contribution.
