Based on the information you have provided, we do not believe your request for extension of aid for further outlays meets the "appropriateness of spending limited public legal aid funds" test. The Appropriateness of spending limited public legal grants of legal assistance funds test is met only if Legal Aid Queensland considers that the costs involved in providing the assistance are warranted by the likely benefit to the applicant or, in appropriate circumstances, the community.
