Solicitor clause wording
Legal aid is only available to negotiate with the Department of Child Safety where:
a final order has been made, and
the applicant is named in the custody/guardianship order, and
the applicant is unable to effectively negotiate with the Department without legal representation, or
- the applicant is unable to attend a required Family Group Meeting or Case Plan Review Meeting without legal representation
