Legal aid is not normally provided for conveyancing unless it forms part of proceedings for which legal aid has been provided and it would impose substantial hardship on your client if legal aid was not granted. The office is satisfied that the circumstances of this case do not meet this test.

Client clause wording

Aid is not available for conveyancing unless it forms part of the proceedings for which you have received legal aid and you will suffer substantial hardship unless funding is provided. This office does not consider you will suffer substantial hardship if aid is refused.
