Legal Aid Queensland does not provide funding for legal cases where a Court or Tribunal may award legal costs. We suggest you ask your solicitor to act for you on a speculative basis. (This means you only pay them if they win the case). The Queensland Law Society ((07)3842 5888) can assist you with the names of solicitors who may be willing to run a speculative case.
