Your client’s grant of legal aid has been terminated as your client has chosen not to provide instructions.

Client clause wording

Every grant of aid has conditions. These were provided in the letter we sent to you when legal aid was approved. One of these conditions is that you must give your legal representatives proper instructions. This office has been advised that you have chosen to no longer instruct your appointed solicitor. Your grant of legal assistance has been terminated.
