Your client's grant of aid was conditional upon them providing proper instructions to allow you to fulfil your ethical and professional obligations to the court. As you have advised that your client has not complied with this condition their grant of legal assistance has been terminated.

Client clause wording

When your grant of legal assistance was made, you were advised that it was on condition that you provide proper instructions to your legal representatives to allow them to fulfil their ethical and professional obligations to the court. As you have provided instructions which preclude Solicitor and Counsel from fulfilling their ethical obligations to the court you have not complied with this condition and as a result your funding has been terminated.
