Legal aid is only available to respond to an application for contravention, contempt or breach of orders where we consider:
- The matter is urgent and a dispute resolution conference is inappropriate
- Your client has a valid reason to not comply with current court orders, or
- There has been a significant change in circumstances which means that the existing orders are no longer in your client's child / children's best interests.
Based on the information provided, we are not satisfied that your client meets the criteria for funding:
