Solicitor clause wording
Your request for additional standard preparation within stage 3 has been refused as it does not appear that you meet the criteria. Additional standard preparation is only available within this stage where the trial has been listed for:
- 1 or 2 days and an accredited interpreter has been engaged or three or more parties (excluding the ICL) are involved, or
- 3 or more days.
