The client did not pay the required initial contribution towards the legal costs and therefore the grant of aid has been terminated.

Client clause wording

Every grant of aid contains conditions and the conditions of this grant of aid were provided to you in the approval letter. One of those conditions is that you pay an initial contribution amount towards your legal costs. As you have not complied with this condition your grant of legal assistance has been terminated.
