Solicitor clause wording
Your request for additional standard preparation within stage 1 has been refused as based on the information provided it does not appear that the criteria have been met. Additional standard preparation is only available within this stage where:
- An accredited interpreter has been engaged, or
- Three or more parties (excluding the Separate Representative) are involved, or
- Three or more children are involved in the proceedings.
