Every grant of assistance has conditions. These were provided in the letter we sent you when you were provided legal representation under the Commonwealth Family Violence and Cross-examination Scheme.
This office has been advised that you have not complied with these conditions. Your grant of assistance has been terminated.
If you seek a review of this decision you need to:
• tell us why you think the decision is wrong
• tell us whether your circumstances have changed since the decision was made
• give us any extra relevant information you want us to consider
The review will be completed by a senior officer not previously involved in this matter
