Solicitor clause wording
Additional funding has been granted as the matter has been listed on the District Court Sexual Violence Case Management list.
This grant of aid includes the completion of the Case Review Hearing form and Trial Readiness form, and the appearance of solicitor at the Case Review Hearing and the appearance of solicitor and counsel at the Mediated Case Conference.
This is a maximum fee grant of aid (includes agents fees) and claims can be made on the attached proforma invoice.
