Aid approved for payment of a cancellation fee to a social worker for time set aside for interviews for the preparation of a family report. The fees payable on this grant are limited to $134.00 in accordance with the attached proforma account. (SW6)

Explanatory Notes

Where additional hours are requested (in excess of one hour), the request should be refused in the first instance. If a request for review of a cancellation/non-attendance fee is received, this request should be treated as a disputed account and referred to a Senior Grants Officer for final consideration.
