Legal aid has been granted for you to make an application to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) with respect to an administrative matter (other than war caused Veterans matters). This grant includes: - Taking client instructions - Apply to the AAT and continue with the application up to and including hearing (Day 1) - Attend to receive judgement - Prepare for and attend conciliation conference This is a maximum fee grant of aid (including agent's fees) as follows: Maximum Professional Costs $2400.00 Maximum Outlays $ 50.00 Claims can be made up to the maximum fee in accordance with the attached proforma account. Reasonable outlays will be paid. Receipts should be retained on file. (T3)
