Solicitor clause wording
As you have requested aid for this matter which is being heard in a court location outside of your local area, legal aid is approved subject to the condition that you do not claim any fees for travel time, expense and parking from Legal Aid Queensland, your client or a third party. If you do not wish to accept this condition, advise this office immediately so that the matter can be transferred to a practitioner located closer to the court.
