Additional standard prepare for trial funding for solicitor has been granted from the Cross-Examination Scheme for $$ hours as the trial in the Family Law Courts is listed for 7 or more days. This grant of aid is in addition to the trial preparation grant already provided and covers all work required to prepare for the trial. This is a maximum fee grant of aid. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
