Additional standard prepare for trial funding for counsel has been granted from the Cross-Examination Scheme for $$ hours as the trial in the Family Law Courts is listed for 7 or more days. This grant of aid is in addition to the trial preparation grant already provided and covers all work required for counsel to prepare for the trial.

The Cross-Examination Scheme has granted further funding for additional standard preparation or your barrister. The maximum professional fee Legal Aid will pay counsel at this stage is $$ hours at $204.00 per hour.
