Solicitor clause wording

The Cross-Examination Scheme has approved further funding for you to prepare for cross-examination in your client’s adjourned or part heard trial in the Family Law Courts. This funding is in addition to the trial preparation fee already provided and covers all work required to prepare for cross-examination in the adjourned or part heard trial. The funding provided is a maximum fee. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
